Wordcroft Investments (Pvt) Ltd respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your P.I.K.E.S account and associated data, in compliance with Google Play policies and applicable data protection regulations.
Option 1: Delete Your Entire Account
Request Full Account Deletion
This will permanently delete your P.I.K.E.S account and all associated personal data. This action cannot be undone.
How to request:

Include your details
Provide your registered email address and full name so we can locate your account.

Receive confirmation
We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion request within 3 business days.

Deletion completed
Your account and eligible data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

Option 2: Delete Specific Data (Without Deleting Your Account)
Request Partial Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of specific categories of data while keeping your account active. This is useful if you want to clear your location history or feedback without losing access to the App.
Email ictsupport@wordcroft.co.zw with the subject “Partial Data Deletion Request - P.I.K.E.S” and specify which data you want deleted.
Data you can request to delete:
- Location history (GPS tracking data)
- Driver feedback submissions
- Notification history and preferences
- Push notification device tokens

Trip records, POD photos, vehicle checklists, and invoices are retained in anonymised form for up to 2 years after account deletion to comply with transport and financial regulatory requirements in Zimbabwe. Your name and personal identifiers are removed from these records.
Processing Timeline
- Acknowledgement: Within 3 business days of receiving your request.
- Identity verification: We may ask you to confirm your identity via the registered email address.
- Deletion completed: Within 30 calendar days of verified request.
- Confirmation: You will receive a final email confirming deletion is complete.
After Deletion
- You will be immediately logged out of the App on all devices.
- You will no longer be able to sign in with the deleted account.
- Any active trips associated with your account will need to be reassigned by a logistics manager.
- If you are re-employed or re-contracted, a new account will be created.
